Yourflow - A way of working in time
The time of visualizing processes with post-it notes or "paper & pencil" has passed... go out on the shop floor, do your mapping together with the team directly in YourFlow,
go to the conference room, turn on the projector and continue working. With this approach the work can be saved, retrieved from anywhere and be shared with everyone involved.
Then you can continute refining the work without risking to have part of the mapping dropped on the floor between the occasions... :-)

25-30% productivity increase (Fri 7/5 2015)
Yourflow has in a pre-study with one of Sweden's larger house manufacturers given suggestions about how the capacity can be increased by 25-30% without an increase in manning or changing of factory premises. The house manufacturer is now under way with making these changes.

You are now able to design and analyze product-/article flow and also manning in Yourflow.

With the function "Set scale" the user receives automatic calculation of transportation lines. This helps in time setting and gives improved support to the user in formation of stream mappings.
